Antonio Villena se trouve à la tête de l’équipe, en tant qu’expert en dossiers d’immigration. Avec une carrière professionnelle ininterrompue pendant plus de 30 ans, il a travaillé tant à l’administration publique espagnole qu’avec des dossiers d’immigration.

Il a conclu divers accords pour des projets nationaux avec des institutions publiques et des établissements privés.
C’est ainsi qu’il a acquis l’expérience suffisante pour que les dossiers choisis soient gérés efficacement, avec un taux de succès de 100% à ce jour.
Nos clients sont en provenance de partout dans le monde et pour chaque dossier nous nous déplaçons au pays du client pour déposer au consulat espagnol pertinent les documents requis. Ceci est extrêmement important, car il faut échanger des critères avec les fonctionnaires, défendre le dossier et en faire un suivi par la suite.

LEGISLATIVE INITIATIVES
- PARLIAMENTARY PROPOSALS FOR CLAIMS OF INTEREST OF DELAY AND EXTENSION OF THE ADVERTISING DEADLINE OF THE PUBLIC TENDERS
Two proposals are presented, before the spokesmen of the parliamentary groups in the Congress and before the Public Administration Regime Commission, so that a specific procedure is regulated for the claim of interests of delay, whose purpose is to get the administrations to pay, within the period stipulated in the previous Law on State Contracts, and for the reduction of 25 to 15 days to be canceled for the presentation of bids in the bids. Finally, the 26-day increase in the deadline for submission of bids, in the works contracts, published in the Bulletin of the Congress dated 30-09-99 is achieved.
- PROPOSAL BEFORE THE COMMISSION OF PETITIONS OF THE CONGRESS OF THE DEPUTIES TO GET INCLUDED, IN THE REGULATION THAT DEVELOPS THE CURRENT LAW OF CONTRACTS OF THE PUBLIC ADMINISTRATIONS, THE OBLIGATION THAT THE CONVENING AGENCY OFFERS, IN THE COMPETITIONS OF CLEANING, ALL THE INFORMATION ABOUT THE PERSONNEL THAT THE FUTURE AWARDEE MUST ASSUME IN ACCORDANCE WITH THE LEGISLATION IN FORCE.
There was no obligation, on the part of the organizing body, to provide information on the personnel that the company that has won the tender in a public cleaning contract must take on, which establishes a clear discrimination between the company that obtains the information, normally the company that has the award, and the company that offers without this information, and without the possibility of obtaining it legally. That is why, on May 29, 2003, we proposed that this obligation be included in the regulations, by the convening entity. We were told, on June 26, 2003, that the proposal was admitted for study.

In the days organized by the European Fund for Business Development, in the province of Valladolid, Mr. Francisco Sánchez Raya, Legal Counsel and member of ACOP, presented the paper entitled « The Hiring File and the Adjudication Procedures ».
Organized by the University of Málaga, within FEMMA, VIII Exhibition of Malagueñas Entrepreneurs and Entrepreneurs. In which under the title « Microcredits: the labor option for the most vulnerable sectors », Antonio Villena, president of ACOP, and María Salas, member of institutional relations of ACOP, extensively addressed Microcredit and its development in Spain. It took place on May 7 at 5:00 pm in the Palace of Congresses and Fairs of Malaga.
DAY ON FINANCING FOR ENTREPRENEURS
Held on November 9, 2004, at the Chamber of Commerce of Seville. Organized and taught by the ACOP Foundation for labor integration. In which Mr. Antonio Villena, president of the ACOP Foundation, and María Salas, Vocal of Institutional Relations, presented the main routes and financing lines for new business projects or projects of recent creation. And with the participation of a user who with a microcredit had set up his own company.
I DAYS OF CHEMICAL ENGINEERING
The ACOP Foundation for labor integration participated in the Round Table on « The professional future of Chemical Engineers », on November 19, 2004, to discuss the work opportunities of Chemical Engineering students. - CREATION OF THE « DATABASE OF AWARD-PURCHASING COMPANIES IN PUBLIC BIDS
A project called « Database of companies awarded in public tenders », hosted on the ACOP website (www.acop.es) is created, developed and finalized. The finished project includes a total of 10,000 records of public tenders, with innumerable data of the tenders, and different data search systems, as well as the addresses and telephone numbers of the winning companies. This project was co-financed by the DGPYME, the IFA and the European Union Fund.

The ACOP Foundation, which is in the process of registering with the current provisional CIF G-92554302, was born in the heat of the association and by the social actions in which the association has been immersed and has been able to collaborate to favor the sectors more unprotected. The ACOP Foundation is responsible for advising, managing and processing microloans fundamentally. CONVENIO CON LA UNIVERSIDAD DE CÓRDOBA.
Through which ACOP and the University of Córdoba create a unique and innovative agenda on public procurement in Spain of which there is nothing published to date. Through the digital platform and the on-line University of Córdoba, the subject of free configuration « Public Contracting in Spain » will be taught nationwide for all Spanish university students. In addition, ACOP will offer part of this agenda « Business Classification Files » as training courses.

MICROCREDIT AGREEMENTS:
During 2004, a total of 128 microcredits from « la Caixa » and the Official Credit Institute were approved through the ACOP association and its Foundation.
- SIGNING OF THE « MICROCREDIT 2004 » CONVENTION OF THE OFFICIAL CREDIT INSTITUTE (ICO).
The purpose of this agreement is that ACOP, as a Social Assistance Institution among other functions, certify the viability of the Business Plans that must be presented for the approval of a Microcredit granted by the Official Credit Institute. In June 2004, a small travel agency of just 20 m2 was set up in the Plaza de la Solidaridad in Malaga, its name Almeida Viajes. On December 19, 2004, through a deed with protocol number 7000 made through the illustrious notary Mr. Antonio Quilez Extremera, Mr. A.V.P, he takes 50% of the shares and creates the Almeida Viajes franchise.
